Your Beauty Sleep is a great way to improve your beauty and health. Since your body repairs, while you sleep, good rest is the closest thing to the fountain of youth. Aim for 7 - 9 hours of continuous deep sleep as part of your beauty routine and you would see amazing benefits for your beauty and health. 

Recently I had the pleasure to learn from Dr. Shivani Gupta, an expert in modern Ayurveda and founder of Fusionary Formulas, about how to sleep better and the benefits for our beauty and health.

How to Achieve Great Beauty Sleep ?
